Who can submit a session proposal?
Anyone involved or new to the CloudStack community—including developers, operators, users, and open-source enthusiasts are welcome to apply.
Do I need to attend in person to present?
Yes, all selected speakers must be able to attend the event on-site.
How long should my session be?
All sessions are 30 minutes in length, including Q&A.
What topics are suitable for proposals?
We welcome sessions covering technical deep-dives, user stories, new features, integrations, best practices, community contributions, and real-world case studies related to CloudStack and open-source cloud technology.
Can I submit more than one proposal?
Yes, multiple submissions are allowed, but each must be submitted separately.
