The Selection Process

All session proposals are reviewed by the Session Approval Committee, which is comprised of Project PMC members. Each submission is carefully evaluated for topical relevance to the CloudStack community, overall quality, and potential interest to attendees. The committee works to curate an engaging agenda that showcases a wide range of expertise and perspectives.

Anyone involved or new to the CloudStack community—including developers, operators, users, and open-source enthusiasts are welcome to apply.

Yes, all selected speakers must be able to attend the event on-site.

All sessions are 30 minutes in length, including Q&A.

We welcome sessions covering technical deep-dives, user stories, new features, integrations, best practices, community contributions, and real-world case studies related to CloudStack and open-source cloud technology.

Yes, multiple submissions are allowed, but each must be submitted separately. However, we try to accomodate as many speakers as possible, so the chances of having two talks are unlikely.
